DiamondWright: Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who is DiamondWright?
A: DiamondWright is a division of Coldspring that specializes in diamond tooling. 

Q: Where is Coldspring / DiamondWright located?
A: Based in Cold Spring, MN with more than 900 employees, Coldspring operates 5 state-of-the-art facilities and 30 quarries located throughout North America. In addition to its diamond tooling operations, the headquarter campus also includes a bronze foundry and natural stone fabrication.

Q: In what markets is DiamondWright available?
A: Coldspring’s DiamondWright diamond tooling is available to anyone that may use diamond tooling to cut, shape or install their projects.  From granite and other natural stones to metal, bronze, fiberglass and more, diamond tooling is used for its speed, accuracy and reliability. 

Online Ordering FAQ
Q: Can I view and or change my orders online?
A: Once your order has been received, you are unable to change the items ordered. However, you may contact DiamondWright directly by calling 1.800.328.5040 or e-mail diamondwright@coldspringusa.com to cancel your order any time before shipping. 

Q: How do I buy products online?
A: As with many other online ordering systems, adding the items you would like to purchase is accomplished through a virtual shopping cart. Choose the product quantity you would like to order and click the “Add to Cart” button on any page, and we will keep track of those items for the shopping session. When you are ready to make your purchase, simply click the Checkout button from your shopping cart and follow the information prompts through the checkout process. During checkout, the system will also require you to create an account. This will allow you to view your orders and track their progress.  The last screen in the checkout process is a printable receipt. Following a short processing time, your order will be shipped to your specified address.

Q: I do not live in the United States, can I still order products?
A: Yes, you can.  However, at this time, we are not able to process these orders online.  To place an international order please contact us at 1.800.328.5040 or e-mail diamondwright@coldspringusa.com

Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes, you can be perfectly confident that your transactions through the DiamondWright store are secure. In addition, we will not sell or publish any of your information to anyone.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit card payments made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within one business day. In addition, when you check out, you will need to add your chosen shipping method to calculate the total time to receive your order. After placing your order, you will be notified, via e-mail, when your order has been shipped and your tracking number. 

Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
A: When you log in to your account, you will be able to check the current order status from your My Account page. The Order History tab will have order information, shipping tracking information, and will contain orders from the past 12 months. You may also contact customer service at 1.800.328.5040.

Q: How can I contact the company?
A: To contact Coldspring you may call 1.800.328.5040 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. You may also e-mail us at diamondwright@coldspringusa.com.

Q: How does DiamondWright calculate sales tax?
A: When you enter the payment and billing screen, we will calculate your tax based on the ZIP Code you have entered as part of your billing address. For the most accurate calculation, please enter your ZIP Code + 4. You may look up your ZIP Code at http://zip4.usps.com/zip4.

Q: How can I exchange a product I have ordered?
A: DiamondWright will accept product exchanges only if they are unused.  To exchange your products, contact DiamondWright directly by calling 1.800.328.5040 or e-mail diamondwright@coldspringusa.com
