Cancellation or Restocking Charge: Standard tooling orders, which are cancelled or returned by Buyer, will be subject to 15% restocking fee. There is no return or credit for custom tooling orders or for tools that have been used.
Returns: DiamondWright will not accept any return of product after 60 days from shipment.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship within two business, provided the products ordered are in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

DiamondWright Tools will select a best way carrier. Freight will be FOB Cold Spring, MN. Buyer will inspect product immediately and will note in writing any damage or shortages on the bill of lading. Buyer is required to contact carrier to file a claim for product damaged in shipment. Buyer will need to notify DiamondWright Tools of any shortages within 48 hours of receipt and provide a copy of the “noted” bill of lading. Buyer is responsible to pay for all duty on international shipments.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
